Furious Ramen is made with our homemade noodles, tonkotsu broth (pork base) and flavored with a miso tare. The standard toppings on the Furious ramen are chashu (pork belly), white pepper chicken, marinated mushrooms, scallions, fury sauce, garlic relish, sesame seeds and a poached egg.
Shoyu Ramen is made with our homemade noodles, tonkotsu broth (pork base) and flavored with a shoyu tare (soy sauce flavor). The standard toppings on the Shoyu are chashu (pork belly), bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, naruto (steamed fish cake), nori, scallions and sesame seeds.
Chicken Shio ramen is made with our homemade noodles, chicken paitan broth (white chicken soup) and flavoured with a shio tare (salt flavored). Standard toppings for the Chicken Shio include white pepper chicken, bamboo shoots, scallions, naruto and sesame seeds.
Veggie ramen is made with our homemade noodles, vegetable based broth and flavoured with a miso tare. Standard toppings include red and Napa cabbage, bean sprouts, kikurage mushrooms, roasted garlic, scallions and sesame seeds.
Tsukemen is a chilled dipping ramen made with thick large noodles served separately from the broth. The broth is a tonkostu broth (pork base) but much thicker and dense with added soy sauce. Standard toppings include nori, scallions, limes, sesame seeds and chashu (pork belly).
